Our pricing is based on the scope, complexity and duration of engagement. We typically work on one of three models:
Monthly retainer: for ongoing advisory or part-time CFO/COO work;
Fixed-fee project: for defined deliverables such as strategic reviews, planning sessions or training;
Day rate or sessional: for executive teach-ins, board prep, or short-term support.
We are transparent on pricing, with no hidden charges or unexpected extras. We are always happy to discuss options and adjust scope to meet your needs and budget. If we are not the right fit, we will say so plainly.
